The house will be erected under the supervision of the client or their representative.

The installation team has to keep a construction log where they make daily entries regarding the works that have been performed. When all works have been completed, an instrument of delivery and receipt will be prepared where incomplete works will be listed if any deficiencies are found. In case of significant deficiencies the client will not sign the instrument of delivery and receipt; instead a deadline for remedying these deficiencies will be agreed upon.

The entire process will be documented and is traceable. A construction supervisor hired by the client also has the obligation to record important stages during the construction and to immediately inform the installation team of any deficiencies found. In case of more serious problems we (the contract partner) have to be informed.
